For for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal he developed the Better City for All strategy and created an advisory board with 15 leading CEO’s and chairs, Javed has been at the forefront and seen first hand that connecting businesses with not-for-profits to collaborate has really helped to turn the dial and tackle some of the issues that matter the most.
This has included him creating and driving initiatives and programmes that has tackled issues including mental health, diversity & inclusion, the skills gap, disability and disadvantaged families, children and young people.
In recent years, he has engaged over 500 commercial organisations, thousands of employees and 100+ charities to create collaborations that benefit communities and societies overall.
These include Barclays, EY, M&G, Standard Chartered Bank, Tesco, Linklaters and UBS as well as the Business Disability Forum, Diabetes UK, Modern Muse, Girl Guiding, Mencap and Samaritans and the Charity Excellence Framework.
Collaborations have been award winning and appeared in media and broadcast media
He is passionate about making a greater impact on people’s lives and fundamentally believes that innovation and collaboration are key to this .
His fundraising expertise has also helped generate more than £80 million of funding for charities and their work
Luke and Javed have collaborated for more than 20 years including projects with Action for Children, Diabetes UK, Tesco, Carers Trust and City Giving Day. .

founded his production company Bang Boom back in 2010.

Javed and Anthony have been collaborating for more than 5 years and were the co-leaders of the largest Tesco charity partnership with Diabetes UK.
Anthony has more than 20 years Project management and Business Coaching expertise, Anthony knows how to deliver and how to support others to deliver.

He has worked in both the private and public sectors and has seen that the fundamentals of Project Management are perhaps known but not really appreciated.

Clare and Javed have collaborated over the last dozen or so years on strategic projects with social change at their heart.
For the Lord Mayor’s Appeal Charity she worked closely with the Javed, the directorate and City firms to propose and develop the 4 pillar strategy and three-year business plan, along with the charity selection mechanism.
More recently Clare has supported Javed in articulating the strategy for Race Equality Matters.
Both in-house and as an external consultant Clare has worked in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She successfully set up Insight teams for the House of Commons and Christian Aid. Clare has also worked with the British Red Cross and the Children’s Society establishing research functions. In 2022 she founded Clear as a Bell, a consultancy with a mission to help socially conscious organisations flourish sustainably
Clare has used her influencing approach to help clients successfully establish new ways of working, introduce innovative strategies and ambitious business plans. She supports her clients to improve performance by embedding strategic insight across teams, from service operations to fundraising, business planning and reporting.
Clare is trustee with responsibility for impact and fundraising at World Villages for Children, a charity providing secondary education for the poorest children in the world on 3 continents.
