The issue with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem and almost 1 in 3 employees in the UK experiencing unmanageable stress or mental health issues at work and the majority suffer in silence before eventually reaching a crisis point. This can lead to many feeling isolated, unable to cope and some see no way out, with suicide being the biggest killer for 20-45-year-olds.

A citywide collaboration to unite to demonstrate that business wants to end the stigma.

In partnership with Barclays, Business Healthy, City Mental Health Alliance and Mind, the campaign encourages employees who have experienced mental health problems to share their stories with colleagues through storytelling within their own organisation.
